Group Exercise Classes:
Group exercise is a fun way to get fit as well as meet some motivating people! We have great teachers, fabulous clients and a wonderful studio designated specifically for our classes. All of our classes are available from 12pm-1pm to assist you in getting that lunch time work out!
The classes we have available are:
Monday 12-1: Pilates
Tuesday: Bootcamp with TBD (fee class)
Wednesday 12-1: Yoga

Personal Training Should be Personal:
We will design a program specific to your needs not only addressing the strength training and cardiovascular components of exercise but focusing on nutritional information and a comprehensive wellness approach designed for the everyday person.
