What's New
Fall into Winter:
With the weather outside becoming cooler and wetter, there has never been a better time to get out of the rain and back in the gym. You will be more likely to stay on track with a fitness program when you welcome a more structured routine as the kids are back in school and summer travel season has concluded for the year. What better way to beat the blues of dark days, train for upcoming winter sports, and counteract those holiday pounds than to exercise regularly!
Need more convincing? A morning exercise routine can help you overcome the lure to sleep in as daylight appears later and later. Sleeping in, or varying your sleep habits, can disrupt your natural rhythm and also disrupt hormones that affect mood and hunger. Start your day off right. Getting up early and exercising sets the tone for healthier choices throughout the day!
The Club at Kruse Woods has many resources to help you tackle all of this and more. Our friendly staff and experienced professionals are ready to help you begin your next healthy habit. Not to mention, our steam rooms offer a warm escape from the encroaching winter temperatures. If you have not been in before, come check us out!
