SPRING into Action:

Let the longer days and warmer temperature awaken your fitness spirit from hibernation. It's time to open the windows and undo every room in the house on a hunt for dust bunnies that have grown into dust monsters, as well as head outside to enjoy all the great Pacific Northwest has to offer. No matter what your endeavor, just doing something active will greatly improve your health.

Whether your goals are getting into shape for that summer vacation, upcoming wedding, or hiking to the top of Multnomah falls, The Club at Kruse Woods has many resources to help you tackle all of this and more. Our friendly staff and experienced professionals are ready to help you begin your next healthy habit. If you have not been in before, come check us out!

Group Exercise Classes:

Group exercise is a fun way to get fit as well as meet some motivating people! We have great teachers, fabulous clients and a wonderful studio designated specifically for our classes. All of our classes are available from 12pm-1pm Monday through Wednesday to assist you in getting that lunch time work out!

The classes we have available are:

Mon./Wed. 12-1: Pilates

Tuesday Bootcamp with TBD (fee class)

Personal Training Should be Personal:

We will design a program specific to your needs not only addressing the strength training and cardiovascular components of exercise but focusing on nutritional information and a comprehensive wellness approach designed for the everyday person.
