Back to School - Back to Fitness:

Now's the time as the kids are going back to school and the chaos from summer is unwinding to step back in the gym and get a good workout in. As well as a stress reliever, exercise will give you that added energy you'll need to pack the lunches, make it to PTA meetings and help you stay awake during all those sporting events!

When you don't have time to work out throughout your day, take the time to go for a walk on your break at work or walk a few laps while you're watching a child's soccer game. Pack a bag lunch full of healthy snacks to keep that hunger pang at bay! And try to keep a schedule! If you know little Johnny or Suzie has practice from 3-4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, take that time to get your workout in as well!

Come in today for a week long pass to help jump start your school year!

Group Exercise Classes:

Group exercise is a great way to get fit as well as meet some great people! We have great teachers, fabulous clients and a wonderful studio designated specifically for our classes. All of our classes are available from 12pm-1pm Monday through Friday to assist you in getting that lunch time work out!

The classes we have available are:

Monday: Pilates with Jennifer
Sports Conditioning with Leno

Tuesday: Cardio Extra with Cagney

Wednesday: Yoga* with Jim

Thursday: Strength Lab with Cagney
Sports Conditioning with Leno

Friday: Pilates with Jennifer

We will design a program specific to your needs not only addressing the strength training and cardiovascular components of exercise but focusing on nutritional information and an overall well life approach designed for the everyday person.
