Microfit Analysis
Members of The Club at Kruse Woods and personal training clients have the option to take part in a Microfit Analysis, as part of their initial fitness assessment.
The Microfit program analyzes the following factors:
Health history
First we will discuss your health history, including any injuries and major health issues.
Physical fitness
In order to determine the areas to focus on in your fitness program, we will administer physical fitness tests. Physical fitness tests that can be administered include: strength, endurance, body composition, flexibility, blood pressure, and cardiovascular fitness tests.
Wellness
We will also discuss the affect your lifestyle is having on your health.
Diet
Microfit will provide a review of your current dietary intake and nutritional needs.
After completing the Microfit analysis, your Personal Trainer will provide you with specific recommendations for any improvement necessary in the following areas:
- Muscular endurance.
- Cardiovascular fitness.
- Diet and nutritional intake.
- Stress.
- Lifestyle behaviors.
