Personal Training

Working with a personal trainer is a great way to reach your goals faster, more effectively, and in a fun and interesting way. Personal training options at The Club at Kruse Woods are limitless - some of our clients meet with us 5 times a week, 3 times a week, or once every two weeks. Together, we can determine the optimum amount of time to meet to accommodate your goals and any budget.

Your first personal training session will include an in depth wellness assessment where we discuss your health history, nutrition and fitness habits, goals, and time constraints. We will set up a realistic workout schedule that will help you achieve your goals. Our first few sessions will focus on personalizing your workout program, utilizing correct form, working at a challenging pace, and maintaining motivation. As you progress you can expect your personal trainer to continually update your program, increase your health knowledge, and help you reach your optimum physical fitness.

Rates and Availability:

Please contact the fitness desk for information about the Personal Trainers who work with our club and then contact them directly to book an initial consultation.

Most personal trainers offer sessions in packages of 5, 10, 15, 20, 35 or 50. These sessions are available in increments of 30 and 60 minutes, but most people prefer to purchase these sessions in packages which is more economical and effective than paying a "drop-in" rate per session.

Rates range from $50 to $65 per hour, depending on the personal trainer and the type of package you choose.
